Frequently asked questions
Q. I can’t sign in.
A. You can sign in with the 6-digit one-time code sent to your email, or with a registered passkey. If the code doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder.
Q. How is my work graded?
A. Multiple-choice, handwriting, and reading items are graded automatically. Composition and speaking are evaluated by AI, which returns feedback.
Q. Which languages are supported?
A. The interface supports Japanese, English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Learning content and explanations are in Japanese.
Subscriptions
You can subscribe to, review, or cancel the Premium plan on iOS via Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions, or on the web via your account settings.
You can restore purchases from the purchase screen inside the app.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and learning data, email support@sensei-sullivan.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request.”
Once deleted, your data — including learning history, progress, and achievements — cannot be recovered.
Reporting bugs
If you find a bug, it helps a lot if you email support@sensei-sullivan.com with the steps to reproduce, your device, and your OS version.
